Q: What insurances do you accept?
A: We accept nearly all major insurances including Medicare, Medicaid, and most Medicare/Medicaid HMOs. For more information, check out our Contact Us page to get in touch.
Q: What is the best way to schedule an appointment?
A: The best way to schedule an appointment is to find a location near you on our Locations page and call the office directly.
Q: How long will it take to get my orthotic or prosthetic?
A: That depends! Orthotics are typically delivered in 2 weeks. Prosthetics can take up to 4. It ultimately depends on the requirements of your insurance provider.
Q: Do I need a prescription for my orthotic or prosthetic device?
A: Yes you do. We require a prescription for all services we provide.
Q: Do I need an appointment?
A: We accept walk-ins at many of our locations. Please call ahead to make sure walk-ins are accepted at the location you are attending.
