Tom McGrath, CP
has been working in the orthotic and prosthetic field for over 38
years. He attended New York University in 1971 and graduated with
a Bachelors of Science Degree in Orthotics and Prosthetics in 1975.
Tom became a certified Prosthetist by the American Board of Certification
in Orthotics and Prosthetics in 1979. Tom has worked with large
companies as well as small family owned businesses, which aids him
working with the fast growing New England Orthotic and Prosthetic
Systems, LLC.
Tom has worked in New York City for most of his career, as well as worked with
NYU Medical Center. Tom is currently the manger of the New
England O & P office
in NYU Medical Centers' prestigious Rusk Institute for Rehabilitation Medicine.
Tom oversees all the orthotic and prosthetic work for the entire medical center
as well as all the fabrication.
Tom is dedicated to building a greater relationship between a NEOPS
and NYU Medical Center. While working closely with the doctors and
the physical therapist, Tom is confident the patients will be provided
with the best care as well as the most appropriate product.
