Jon Jacobson’s career in health care started in the 1970's. Jon’s first venture was in Durable Medical Equipment and surgical supplies. In the 1980's he entered the field of Orthotics and Prosthetics. In 1985 Jon was certified by The American Board for Certification (ABC) in Orthotics.

In 2007 Jon completed a 120 hour program in Pedorthics

Throughout his profession he has specialized in the diabetic and geriatric patient population.

Presently, Jon consults at Diabetic Wound Care Centers, Burn Clinics and Vascular Clinics. Patient needs for compression therapy, foot gear, pressure relief shoes or custom bracing are met with professionalism and compassionate care.

Jon currently resides on Long Island with his wife, four children and five grand children.
